Brandi is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in the state of North Carolina with over 12 years of experience. Clinician is also able to provide supervision for those working to obtain their license in counseling as well as their LCAS or CADC.   Brandi has experience with children, adolescents, and adults looking for support with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, and addiction. Brandi completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and received her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. Brandi utilizes an eclectic approach when working with clients including cognitive behavioral, person centered, solution focused, motivational interviewing and relational therapies. Brandi wants to be there to help support you on your journey of self-discovery and dealing with your daily stressors. She believes everyone can improve their sense of well-being with proper support.  Dr. Char has been working in the field of addiction and mental health for over 11 years. The clinician has experience with children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, and addiction. Dr. Char earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Theater and Educational Technology from Tennessee Technological University. Additionally, they attained a Master of Arts in Agency Counseling and Educational Psychology from the same institution. Lastly, Dr. Char successfully obtained a PhD in Social Psychology from Liberty University in 2024. The clinician employs a diverse and client-centered methodology encompassing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Art Therapy, and Inner Child Work. Dr. Char's goal is to empower individuals to navigate life's stressors effectively. He emphasizes the importance of achieving harmonious mental well-being and cultivating self-acceptance.

Rachelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. Rachelle has 5 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Most of her experience is with trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief. 

Rachelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. Rachelle has 5 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Most of her experience is with trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief.  She has specific training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Rachelle received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Misericordia University and received her Master of Social Work from University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  Rachelle’s approach to therapy is person centered and strengths based. She believes in meeting the client where they are at and using their strengths to move forward. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing as well as art therapy and play therapy with children. She believes that a strong therapeutic connection goes a long way in dealing with mental health issues and reaching mental health goals.

 Mary-Ashleigh Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development, Birth through Adolescence, from Appalachian State University and a Master of Social Work from East Carolin

 Mary-Ashleigh Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development, Birth through Adolescence, from Appalachian State University and a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University.  Mary-Ashleigh completed her graduate internship in partnership with Purdue University, focusing on providing services to military families and children. As a member of the National Guard, she brings firsthand insight into the unique experiences of service members, veterans, and their families.  She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including teenagers and neurodivergent adults, and specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Mary-Ashleigh uses a strengths-based and affirming approach, meeting clients where they are and supporting them as they move toward meaningful goals.  Her clinical toolkit includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is actively working toward full EMDR certification to further support clients in processing trauma and building resilience.  Mary-Ashleigh believes therapy should be a safe, empowering, and collaborative space built on trust and authenticity—supporting clients in discovering their strengths and creating lasting change.
