We offer individual, family, and couples therapy. We see children, adolescents and adults. We are trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that focuses on trauma such as physical, sexual, emotional abuse, and Domestic Violence. Some areas that we enjoy working with include: depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and much more.
If you are looking for support on your journey of self-discovery or dealing with some stressors, we would love to help! We enjoy working with individuals who may be struggling and need an empathetic ear. We believe everyone can improve their sense of well-being with some support. We enjoy doing in person sessions as well as telemedicine.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I really like Butterflies and the meaning behind them. When I think of Butterflies, I think of transformation, change, hope and life. In life, we often are presented with various obstacles and challenges. Through our experiences, we often tend to transform and continue to grow as individuals. I wanted to create a place for my clients where they can remember they are like Butterflies. They will continue to grow and transform throughout life and have someone who will help them throughout the process. They are not alone and will continue to soar through life. -----Brandi Harris, Chief Executive Officer and Therapist
